What is it that I really want to do?
Have you ever asked yourself that question?
Maybe you’ve tried to figure it out but couldn’t find a clear answer—and just left it there.
If that sounds familiar, the IYP Program can help clear up that uncertainty.
Once you understand the method for “finding what you truly want to do,” which I’ll explain shortly, it’s entirely possible to end your search in just three months—and keep living with purpose and passion for the rest of your life.
Even if you’ve tried and failed before, or if you’re not ready to take massive action, that’s completely okay.
My mission is simple:
To help as many people as possible live fully engaged in what they truly want to do.
That’s what I want to do.
There’s a Formula for Finding What You Want to Do
Most people believe that figuring out what they want to do is a matter of intuition.
But that’s a misconception.
In reality, you can discover what you truly want through a logical formula.
By clearly identifying three elements—your values, your strengths, and your interests—and applying them to the formula, you can logically arrive at a clear answer.
There’s no vague or abstract explanation involved.
That’s why you’ll be able to confidently say, “This is it.”

With a structured curriculum and one-on-one support, you won’t have to worry about getting stuck or giving up halfway.
The details of the IYP
To discover what you truly want to do in life and remain passionate about it, you need to articulate your “Values,” “Strengths,” and “Interests” aspects by applying them to a specific framework.
The IYP Program helps you achieve this over three months through 10 steps. Each step has clear completion criteria, so you’ll never wonder if you’re on the right track.
Anyone can progress through this program without getting discouraged, thanks to the following three mechanisms:
Let’s walk through the 10 steps
STEP1 / STEP2 Grasp the Framework
Let’s begin by understanding the “Framework for Discovering Your True Calling.”
Up until now, popular self-understanding methods have often been subjective or only focused on a part of an individual’s unique qualities. However, with this IYP methodology, we’ll explore the complete picture of your individuality without relying on subjective explanations. As you learn the correct way of thinking in this step, you’ll have an “aha!” moment, realizing what was causing your confusion all along. Furthermore, because you’ll learn the theory from the ground up, you’ll be able to apply it throughout your entire life.
Example Learning Content
- Your true calling equals what you can’t help but do.
- The essential concepts of “concrete” and “abstract” in self-understanding.
- How to deal with financial matters when living a life aligned with your true calling.
- The difference between “your true calling” and “what you want to become.”
STEP3 Find Values
In this step, we’ll help you discover the fundamental principles and values that will serve as your life’s compass.
You don’t just have one core value; typically, individuals hold several. By organizing these multiple values into a hierarchical, pyramid-like structure, you can gain a clear sense of direction for your future. This process also enables you to distinguish between the life you truly desire and the expectations others might place upon you, ultimately reducing uncertainty in your journey.

- Strategies for Addressing Externally Imposed Values

STEP4 / STEP5 Find Strengths
Next, you will pinpoint your strengths, or natural talents. By exploring these from multiple angles—through workshops, diagnostic tools, and feedback—you’ll gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of what you’re good at. Recognizing your strengths will give you the confidence to know that no matter what challenges life throws your way, you’ll be able to navigate them by leveraging these innate abilities.

STEP6 / STEP7 Find Interests
Finally, we’ll help you discover what you love. If you’re currently thinking, “I don’t know what I’m passionate about,” there’s no need to worry. We have various methods to help you unearth your interests, such as approaching them from the perspective of a “sense of purpose” or “areas of concern.” Our goal here is to help you find what truly captivates you and what you’re eager to share with others.

STEP8 / STEP9 Discover Your True Passion
We’re now going to combine the three crucial elements we’ve gathered: Values, Strengths, and Interests. When these seemingly separate pieces click together, you’ll experience a profound sense of clarity and satisfaction. Get ready for an exciting realization!
This process will help you articulate your insights, not just feel them. This means you’ll be able to explain your vision to others, gaining their support and encouragement.

STEP10 Plan How to Achieve it
Lastly, we will focus on implementation strategies.
A common pitfall for those who struggle with making progress is starting by thinking about the “how”—for instance, “I’ll study programming!” However, this often leads to a roundabout journey because implementation strategies are constantly evolving with the times. By deciding on your implementation strategies last, you’ll be able to navigate life without getting lost, no matter how much the world changes.

- Applying PDCA to Implementation Strategies
- Principles of Goal Setting That Leverage Your Strengths
- The Domino Effect Theory for Achieving Your True Desires
One common challenge with typical program is that within about a week of a session, people tend to forget the insights they gained.
However, with IYP program, the crucial elements you uncover—your values, strengths, interests, and true passions—are organized and documented in worksheets that you keep.
This provides a tangible resource you can always return to if you ever feel lost or uncertain after completing the program.
Our goal is not just for you to find what you want to do;
it’s for you to continue living a life of passion and engagement long after the “search” is over.
